Easy gift ideas handmade?

My class at school is a gift of appreciation for staff collaboration Care school. We are supposed to give gifts homemeade, and I'm really smart, so I need to do things like scarves / gloves etc. preferably knitted, crocheted or sewn. ideas for quick projects? I pick a speed (a hat 20-30 mins) I can not have time to think about gift ideas (for adults). Are there gifts soon house middle-aged adults would really enjoy? I short time, and I can not spend a lot of $ $ on materials. Cheers!
