How to make cute stuff?

I’ve seen videos on YouTube where people have really cute handmade jewelry, etc.

Her necklaces are so cute (especially the one in the bottle with the note that says I love you – Does anyone know how to make those? I really love them)

So I was wondering if anyone know any sites/tutorials where it shows you how to make these things? I can only do really simple things though. I don’t know how to knit or crochet. Most I can do with a needle is sew a hole together. Also, I don’t have clay or things like that available.

I can get beads and those letter beads though.
