i have an uncle who is a major WW2 buff. i got a jacket from him, but im not sure where its from. on the shoulder is a patch, but there is a criss cross stitching over the patch. there is a word in it. the letters are: BUNDESG_ENZSCHUYZ. the underscore is either an R or a B

Are you sure it’s WWII? The German army was known back then as the Wehrmacht, now it’s the Bundeswehr.

Bundesgrenzschutz is State Border Guard, ie the German border patrol.
