I haven’t knitted in a while and can’t remember how to cast on or off. Instructions anyone?

I have a basic idea of what to do but can’t quite remember the specifics. Instructions or links to a website would be most appreciated.

This site has videos that are very helpful–it’s so much easier when you can watch someone doing it instead of trying to figure out what’s happening in a drawing.

Go to the “Basic Techniques” tab and you’ll see “Cast-on” and “Bind-off”.
