i cord on knitting loom?
i am at such a loss. i have tried reading the instructions for an i cord on a knitting loom, but i am not getting it. i have made several attempts. so any help would be good so that i can finish the blanket.
This probably won’t work well on a Knifty Knitter type loom, it’s just too many pegs, or too much space to carry the yarn back over to. You need a knitting spool, which goes under several names, including a knitting nancy and knitting nobby, with only 4 to 6 pegs. Make your slip know, feed the tail down through the knitter, then wrap each peg, going to the left with the yarn counter clockwise. When you get back to the first stitch, hold the yarn over the old stitch, pick up the old stitch up and over the yarn and off the peg, turn it clockwise and repeat until you have the length you want.
