Dimensions Embroidery Punch Needle?

Hello everyone. I bought this cute little kit from Dimensions that is a heart. I also bought a punch needle so I could embroider it. I have no idea how to set it up and there aren’t any instructions. It is a beginner needle also made by Dimensions. HELP!
