What are some good homemade gift ideas?

I want to make my best friend something cute for Christmas, but I don’t know what to make her. I’m not very crafty (like I can’t sew or anything) but I have a bunch of our quotes and other quotes that we like, I just don’t know what I could do with them. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Several years ago a dear friend of mine made me a quote book. She included some pictures of us, some cut out from magazines and from cards she received. She threaded the pages together with some beautiful ribbon. I still have it and treasure it. Maybe you could do something creative in a book like that which she would appreciate…
